We don’t do everything.

But we do some things quite well.

Who We Are

What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead.

What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.

A multidisciplinary creative studio working across branding, photography, visual identity, and cultural storytelling.

How we got here

Ironically, for a studio once called The Last Draft, we were nowhere near the final version.

The transition from The Last Draft to Manvataar Studio was not a reinvention, but a recognition of what the work had already become. Over time, photography, writing, strategy, and design stopped feeling like separate disciplines and began functioning as parts of the same language. The studio now exists as a space where identity is shaped not only through visuals or words, but through complete sensory and cultural experiences.

Until now, our aim has been to solve communication breakdowns for brands. As our work has evolved, so has our purpose. We now focus on building emotionally coherent brands through strategy, image, and sound.

The Studio

Manvataar is a made-up word, but we promise there’s logic behind it.
The name comes from combining 'Avatar,' meaning a form or version something takes, with 'Manasa,' the studio’s founder. It started as a slightly naive undergraduate Instagram username idea, back when the Instagram logo was still charmingly unfancy, and the name stuck. For a studio that likes taking shape around an idea, it still feels right.

Manvataar originated from the combination of Manasa and Avatar — a word created to represent transformation through perspective and form.
